A traditional Breton cottage situated in a hamlet between the
villages of Plourhan and Lantic on the Côte d’Armor, Northern Brittany,
professionally renovated.
One of two houses set in a large garden, it
ideally combines a country and a seaside holiday for up to two people
plus baby.
This charming stone cottage lies only 6km from a range of sandy beaches
and the picturesque towns of Binic, Etables sur Mer and Saint-Quay-Portrieux,
with all amenities.
And
it's just a short walk from the golf course, Les Ajoncs d’or.
The cottage is an accredited 'CléVacances'
self-catering holiday accommodation, comprising ground floor* (35m2) of
a cottage in Plourhan, Côtes d' Armor, Brittany, sleeping up to 2
persons plus baby (1 double bed, 1 folding cot plus mattress).

There is

(electric) in the adjacent lean-to, where there is a washing machine and

*
There is a steep staircase with no handrail, obstructed by decorative
green plants, which leads to an upper floor (max. height 170 cm, and
therefore not counting as a 'room' and marked 'private' as a reminder
that access would be at one's own risk).
The
owner cannot accept responsibility for the tenants or any guests. In the
case of a 'toddler', or child under 5, the upper floor can and should be
closed off. It must be strictly out of bounds as it in no way complies
with health and safety regulations. This restriction is noted in the
letting contract. Otherwise the open area provides a pleasant sky-light.
In addition to the pretty curtains, all the windows and the door of the
cottage have the traditional Breton lavender blue wooden shutters that
provide perfect privacy. |
